Product Overview
The S350 is a current vector inverter dedicated to the water industry, designed for constant pressure water supply with a constant pressure accuracy of 0.01MPa. It can efficiently drive induction motors and synchronous motors. The panel features a MASTER indicator light and supports master/auxiliary linked control. The auto-restart on power recovery function is enabled by default.

Common Fault Codes
| Code | Fault | Common Causes and Troubleshooting Direction |
|---|---|---|
| Err.01P | Undervoltage fault | Instantaneous power failure, input voltage outside the specified range, abnormal bus voltage; reset the fault and adjust the voltage to the normal range |
| Err.02P | Overvoltage during acceleration | Input voltage too high, acceleration time too short; adjust the voltage to the normal range and increase the acceleration time |
| Err.03P | Overcurrent during deceleration | Output circuit grounded or short-circuited, deceleration time too short, voltage too low; eliminate peripheral faults and increase the deceleration time |
| Err.04P | Overcurrent at constant speed | Output circuit grounded or short-circuited, sudden load applied during operation, undersized selection; eliminate peripheral faults and select a higher power rating |
| Err.05P | Overcurrent during acceleration | Acceleration time too short, inappropriate V/F curve, voltage too low; increase the acceleration time and adjust the torque boost or V/F curve |
| Err.06P | Overvoltage during deceleration | Input voltage too high, deceleration time too short; adjust the voltage to the normal range and increase the deceleration time |
| Err.07P | Motor overload | Undersized selection, excessive load or motor stall; reduce the load and check the motor and mechanical conditions |
| Err.08P | Inverter overload | Undersized selection, excessive load or motor stall; select an inverter with a higher power rating |
| Err.09P | Inverter unit protection | Output circuit short-circuited, module overheated, internal wiring loose; eliminate peripheral faults and check the air duct and fan |
| Err.10P | Control power supply fault | Input voltage outside the specified range; adjust the voltage to within the specified range |
| Err.12P | Output phase loss | Abnormal leads from the inverter to the motor, three-phase output unbalanced; eliminate peripheral faults and check the three-phase motor windings |
| Err.20P | Input phase loss | Abnormal three-phase input power supply, abnormal surge protection board or main control board; check and eliminate peripheral circuit problems |
