Burks b-lift 100L sewage lift pump

Brief introduction

The B-Lift100L dual pump is designed for independent
residential, small residential units, or commercial buildings.
Pay special attention to simple operation and saving
installation space during the design process.

Application

The B-Lift100L dual pump is mainly used for:

● Sewage discharge from basement washing machines and
shower rooms (or wash basins) or air conditioning
condensate below the main sewer.
● Underground sewage discharge below municipal sewage
pipelines. Suitable for sewage discharge from bathrooms,
hotels, restaurants, clubs, leisure centers, and other places
in the basement.
The B-Lift100L dual pump can also transport
sewage containing feces generated by the toilet (if the
pumped liquid contains other hard objects, it may cause
malfunctions, which are not covered by Burks warranty).

Pumping liquid

Domestic sewage generated from shower rooms or
wash basins, and sewage containing feces generated from toilets.

● Allowable liquid temperature: 55 ° C (maximum 90 °
C for a short time)
● Shower room and other wastewater and surface sewage.
● Allowable liquid PH value: 4-10.
● Strong chemical solvents are not allowed.

●1：The external dual pump series only has one outlet
pipe with an outer diameter of Φ 90mm PVC water supply
pipe or DN80 galvanized steel pipe, connected to the
on-site outlet pipe using flange or soft connection, can be
configured with variable diameter to achieve docking with
the on-site pipeline diameter. (Special glue is used to
connect the water outlet pipe. Please note that the PVC
water supply glue equipment comes with a check valve,
and a shut-off valve needs to be installed in the water outlet
pipeline during installation).
●2：The ventilation port of the lift pump can be connected
to the outer diameter Φ 50mm PVC drainage pipe, if the
diameter does not match the on-site pipe diameter, can be
reduced before connecting to the ventilation port. The
ventilation pipe is connected to the equipment using
stainless steel hoop (provided by the equipment). (When
connecting the outlet pipe, pay attention to using PVC water
supply adhesive, and the installation requirements of the
ventilation pipe should be higher than the roof or outdoor
green belt.). Manufacturers who do not have the conditions
to install ventilation pipes can choose to install Burks
specialized air filtration devices.
●3：The external dual pump series has a total of 6 DN100
water inlets and 3 DN40 water inlets reserved. According to
the on-site water inlet needs, the corresponding water inlet
hole connection pipeline can be selected by oneself.
